Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty Period: Claims must be submitted within the warranty period.
  • Eligibility: Warranty is non-transferable and requires proof of purchase from our company or an authorized vendor.
  • Replacement Parts: Provided at no cost, including free shipping. Labor is not included.
  • Approval Process: All claims are subject to review by Katool's warranty/service department. Photos or videos of defects may be requested.
Note: Do not disassemble equipment before the issue is reviewed. Products outside the warranty period or conditions are not covered, and replacement costs will apply.
