Return and Refund Policy

Cancellations & Refunds

At WRENCHYARD, we take pride in offering flexible and customer-friendly return policies. Orders can be canceled free of charge at any time before shipment, with the exception of custom orders (see details below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us promptly so we can issue a full refund before the order leaves our warehouse. Our team is available during business hours at (866) 812-8892, through the chat feature, or via email at support@wrenchyard.com.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as they are specifically crafted to your specifications upon order. If you are unsure whether your order falls into this category, please contact us via email or phone for clarification before placing your order.

All sales are final for custom and made-to-order products.

Refunds and Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products. During this period, customers can request a return for a full refund, excluding custom or made-to-order products (see details below). It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect delivered products and report any damage within 24 hours of receipt.

If you wish to exchange a product, you may do so; however, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return and exchange.

Please note that transaction fees will be deducted from your refund, depending on the payment method used. These fees typically range from 2.9% + $0.30 to 5.99% + $0.30 per transaction.

Not all shipped orders are eligible for return, as many products are sourced directly from manufacturers. If the manufacturer does not permit returns for a particular product, we will be unable to process the return. Return eligibility varies on a case-by-case basis, so we encourage you to contact us for details specific to your product or brand.

Shipping Times

We are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. The estimated shipping times provided on our product pages are based on information from our suppliers and freight carriers. However, these estimates may vary without notice due to factors beyond our control, such as delays in steel production, manufacturer backlogs, high shipping demands, and labor shortages in factories, warehouses, and ports.

While we strive to minimize delays, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes impact delivery timelines. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your patience and understanding. Your business is greatly valued, and we appreciate your support during these times.

When making a purchase from WRENCHYARD, you agree to the terms outlined in our Exchange Agreement:

  1. Inspection Upon Delivery: I am responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery. If any damage is found, I must note and photograph it and report it to WRENCHYARD within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Return and Exchange Shipping Costs: I understand that I am liable for the cost of return shipping and any new product shipping fees in the case of a refund or exchange.

  3. Condition of Returns: I acknowledge that products must be returned unopened and unused, and I accept the possibility of an additional restocking fee.

  4. Refund Limitations: I understand that if my order has already left the warehouse, a full refund is not possible.

  5. Restocking Fees: I agree that if I return my order after it has shipped, I will be responsible for any return shipping fees and restocking fees, typically around 20%, though this may vary by product.

  6. Shipping Estimates: I understand that shipping date estimates provided on product pages are subject to change due to factors beyond WRENCHYARD's control.

  7. Delays and Chargebacks: I agree not to cancel orders or file a chargeback due to delays or incorrect estimated times caused by factors outside the control of WRENCHYARD, including manufacturing and logistical constraints of partner companies.

Damages

It is your responsibility to inspect delivered products for any damage or defects within 5 business days of receipt. If reported within this timeframe:

  • Notify us of the damage via email at support@wrenchyard.com.
  • We provide options such as replacement parts, a discount to retain the item, or a refund/replacement.
  • As an online-only dealer, we do not coordinate or perform repairs for damaged items.
  • Items must remain unused to be eligible for replacement parts, discounts, or refunds/full replacements.
  • If you choose to keep the item for a discount or accept replacement parts, you will have 3 business days to accept or decline the offer. Items must remain unused during this period.

If damage is not reported within 5 business days:

  • Refunds, free replacement parts, discounts, or exchanges will not be provided.
  • After 5 business days, the timeframe for filing claims with the freight carrier or manufacturer has passed.
  • Replacement parts for repair may still be available, but fees may apply.

Residue on products resulting from the manufacturing process is not the responsibility of WRENCHYARD, and costs associated with cleaning or removal are not covered.

Warranty

Warranties are provided by the manufacturer and may vary by product. Please refer to the individual product pages for specific warranty details.

Damage that occurs upon delivery and is not reported within 30 days does not qualify as a warranty claim.

Returns

The default return policy at WRENCHYARD requires customers to cover return shipping charges or reconsignment fees resulting from customer errors, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Most products come with warranty guarantees to ensure they are fully functional without additional costs. Please refer to individual product pages for specific details.

BOGO Promotions

For Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotions, both items must be returned to qualify for a full refund. If only one item is returned, it may be eligible for a replacement or store credit equivalent to its individual value.

If the order has already shipped, buyers are responsible for the actual return shipping charges.

Chargebacks

We are committed to resolving issues and assisting customers promptly. Filing fraudulent chargebacks is considered theft and may result in legal action. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns rather than resorting to chargebacks.
